CPFQ mourns death of president Yasser Arafat
The passing away of Palestinian president Yasser Arafat (Abu Ammar) represents a critical moment in the history of the Palestinian people and their struggle. Yasser Arafat has been a prominent figure who played a major role in Palestinian reality, and his death will have a lasting impact on the future of the Palestinian cause. The Canadian Palestinian Foundation of Québec will open its doors on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, to accept condolences on this occasion.
